1977 Mar. Shinroku Nishiyama establishes Nippon Metal in Yodogawa-ku, Osaka.
1978 Mar. Wet-type automatic grinder (6 heads) completed in Mitsuya, Yodogawa-ku, Osaka.
  Grinding of quenched stainless steel using wet-type automatic grinders outsourced from Nippon Kinzonku Co., Ltd. (for Solingen in West Germany).
1978 Oct. Auto-Jet Collector No.1 delivered to Nippon Steel Corporation (through Kubota Tekko).
1979 Aug. Dust-cutting collector No.1 delivered to Seisan Chuzo.
1979 Oct. Urban material waste Auto-Jet Collector No.1 delivered to Sapporo city (through Kubota Tekko).
1980 May. Auto-Jet Collector No.1 delivered to Yamamura Glass Co., Ltd. (through Shinko Electric Co., Ltd.).
1980 Sep. Utility model patent acquired for Auto-Jet Collector.
1981 Aug. Utility model patent acquired for flexible arm hoods.
1981 Sep. Utility model patent acquired for dust-cutting collectors.
1982 May. Energy-saving Auto-Jet Collector No.1 delivered to Japan Metal Co., Ltd.
1983 Jul. Utility model patent acquired for dust-cutting collector.
1984 Jan. Patent acquired for Energy-saving Auto-Jet Collector in the U.S.A. and Taiwan.
1984 Jul. Nippon Metal incorporated as Nippon Metal Co., Ltd.
1985 Mar. Technologies for the Auto-Jet Collector licensed to Korea (Toyo Kankyo Kaihatsu).
1986 Sep. Patent acquired in six countries in the EC.
1986 Nov. 32-bit CAD technology introduced to automate the drawing process.
1987 Jun. Thermo control developed. Technology for the equipment licensed to Daido Kogyo Co., Ltd.
1988 Jan. Patent acquired in Korea.
1988 Mar. Clean foundry engineering and equipment delivered to the Hamaoka plant of Kimura Chuzosho Co., Ltd.
1988 Jun Clean foundry engineering delivered to the V6 plant of Hyundai Motor Company in Korea.
1990 Mar. Sales branch established in Oigawa-cho in Shizuoka Pref. Manufacturing of control panels and electrical works (instrumentation work) started.
1991 Jan. Urban waste incinerated ash melter developed. Patent applied for.
1991 Jul. Alliance with Sogemi (Italy) formed.
1992 Jul. High-speed dust mixer developed and delivered to Toshiba Corporation, Komatsu Ltd. and TECO.
1992 Oct. Patent for a new arm hood was acquired in the U.S.A.
1992 Nov. Drawing process for pure oxygen melter for urban waste incinerated ash started.
1993 May. Clean foundry engineering and equipment delivered to Nippo Valve Co., Ltd. (Tomakomai Plant).
1994 Apr. Cupola dust collector (18 tons) and furnace-front dust collector delivered to Isuzu Castech Corporation. Motor: 300 KW
1994. Aug. Test model of urban waste incinerated ash melter completed.
1994 Dec. Urban waste incinerated ash melter observed by a total of 12 people, including the mayor of Ota, Gunma Pref., the Deputy plant manager of Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd., and the Ogihara Corporation.
1995 Aug. Cupola dust collector (15 tons) delivered to JFE Pipe Fitting Mfg. Co., Ltd.

1996 Jun. Dust collector for melting yard (1,600 m3/min) delivered to Aisin Sinwa Co., Ltd.
